Every Sunday in November join CrossFit Banshee for a Free Workout of the Day (WOD) in the Park.
Workouts will start at noon. For your first workout with CrossFit Banshee, please arrive ~15 minutes before hand to get checked in.
Rocky Ridge Park is located in Aurora, CO off of E Mississippi Ave and S Lewiston St.- Park on Lewiston Street.
Class size is limited so please RSVP to CrossFitBanshee@comcast.net to grab your spot and get more info about the class.
